I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful, even accommodating our late arrival. The breakfast had a delicious selection of breads and pastries, perfect to start the day. The hotel's location was also ideal, whether you're exploring the Champagne region or breaking up a long journey.

All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We selected this hotel as a convenient stopping off point on a drive between the south of France and the Channel ports. Less than 4 hours from Calais, 8 hours to Avignon. First impressions (from the back of the hotel as the road in front was being redone) were disappointing as was the walk through to reception. Thereafter matters improved dramatically. The standard room, although on the small side, was very clean and functional. Dinner was a complete delight with an excellent choice of food which was beautifully presented. The wine list (probably the 'heaviest' we've ever encountered) was extensive. And breakfast the next morning was, again, good. Check out was straight forward and we left much refreshed. Recommended.

In retrospect we should have chosen a twin room rather than a standard double. 4ft 6ins beds don't entirely guarantee a full night's sleep - but not exactly the hotel's fault!

Location in relation to the Autoroute du soleil was relatively good. Swimming pool and sauna available. Breakfast quite good.

We were using the hotel as a one night stopover whilst travelling to the south of France. Having driven for seven hours, we would have appreciated the choice of a simple meal. The least expensive menu which offered any choice at all was 44 euros. Despite the fact that most of the rooms appeared empty, and many were available with sunny balconies or terraces overlooking gardens, we were offered a room with a terrace on a small, shaded courtyard overlooked at very close range by the restaurant.

A nice size units with comfortable beds, walk in shower and terrace, and the staff were very amiable! The property's location was quiet and magnificent, in the Côte des Blancs area for more than 20 times.

I appreciated tastefully decorated and great-sized room in this hotel.

i was here for 1 night and ate at gastronomic restaurant with excellant meal at reasonable price. i had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and a private safe, a mini bar and central heating.

The family king room with shower and tea plus good bathroom. Peaceful and magnificent position in Bergeres-les-Vertus.

I would definitely return, really enjoyed its location, no reason to complain.

Everything looks great. Whatever you need is this beautifully decorated and well-equipped room with a great bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Efficient staff provides an attentive service. The gastronomic restaurant serves outstanding food.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This is the third time I've stayed here and the food and service always impresses me. Good place for a gourmet night or weekend in the Champagne area.

Located in the heart of the champagne region, this hotel offers easy access to plenty of local chateaus and vineyards. The rooms were well furnished and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a decent breakfast.

The gym and pool were outdated and didn't work well.

The decor is a somewhat caught in a time warp of the 70's lots of silk flower arrangements and funny water features. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and we were in a cheaper room which was ok for the night, definitely needs updating. The receptionist was not the most friendly, unlike the rest of the staff who were lovely.

A fabulous stay on the night of our visit. Marvellous, beautiful location away from the Channel Tunnel👍❤
